- Skilled Communicators: Exhibit professionalism and clear communication.
Subjects You Can Teach
- Freedom to Teach: Choose any subject, as long as you can teach well.
- If you choose the “Interests” as subject, please specify what you teach in your profile.
- Language Skills: When setting up your profile, make sure to list all languages you speak and your proficiency levels. Please specify your instructional language for each subject you teach in your profile.
CEFR Language Proficiency Levels
At UNI, we use the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) to guide language learning. Here’s a quick overview of what each level means:
- A1 (Beginner)
- Words: ~700
- Study Time: ~100 hours
- Abilities: Basic phrases for immediate needs.
- A2 (Pre-Intermediate)
- Words: ~1,500
- Study Time: 180-200 hours
- Abilities: Handle routine tasks and simple conversations.
- B1 (Intermediate)
- Words: ~2,500
- Study Time: 350-400 hours
- Abilities: Hold conversations on familiar topics and share simple opinions.
